  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 1 1/4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp lime zest

Method
 

  1. Blend everything until smooth and deep purple.
  2. Strain seeds if desired. Serve with a blackberry on top.
