  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 1/4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or blueberry jam
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Blend blueberries, ice cream, milk, honey, and lemon juice until vibrant purple and smooth.
  2. Strain if you want it seed-free (optional but elegant). Serve immediately.
