  • 1/3 cup cashews (soaked if needed)
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 cup cold whole milk
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Blend the cashews with the milk first until completely smooth.
  2. Add the vanilla ice cream and honey, then blend again until creamy.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass, top with chopped cashews, and serve immediately.
