Method
- Warm the Nutella slightly (10–15 seconds in the microwave) to make it easier to blend smoothly, though this step is optional.
- Add the ice cream, milk, Nutella, and salt to a blender.
- Blend on high for 20–30 seconds until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
- Taste and adjust — add more Nutella for extra richness or more milk for a thinner consistency.
- Pour into a chilled glass, top with whipped cream and a drizzle of Nutella, and serve immediately.
