Chocolate Hazelnut Milkshake

Rich chocolate-hazelnut spread blended into a thick, velvety milkshake. Five minutes, pure indulgence.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Nutella (or another chocolate-hazelnut spread)
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream (slightly softened)
  • 1/2 cup whole milk (more for a thinner shake)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Whipped cream and a drizzle of Nutella, for serving (optional)

Method
 

  1. Warm the Nutella slightly (10–15 seconds in the microwave) to make it easier to blend smoothly, though this step is optional.
  2. Add the ice cream, milk, Nutella, and salt to a blender.
  3. Blend on high for 20–30 seconds until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
  4. Taste and adjust — add more Nutella for extra richness or more milk for a thinner consistency.
  5. Pour into a chilled glass, top with whipped cream and a drizzle of Nutella, and serve immediately.
