  • 3/4 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup ripe mango, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

Method
 

  1. Add the coconut milk, mango, vanilla ice cream, and shredded coconut to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 20 to 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
