  • 3/4 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup cold whole milk
  • 1 tsp honey

Method
 

  1. Add the coconut milk, shredded coconut, vanilla ice cream, milk, and honey to the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 20 to 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass and top with toasted coconut.
