Coffee Milkshake

  • 1 1/2 cups coffee ice cream
  • 1/3 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso, chilled
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
  • whipped cream and cocoa powder for dusting

Method
 

  1. Brew coffee ahead and chill it thoroughly.
  2. Add ice cream, cold coffee, milk, and liqueur (if using) to blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  4. Pour into glass, top with whipped cream and a light dusting of cocoa or instant coffee.
