  • 1 cup dragon fruit flesh (pink or white), cubed
  • 1 1/4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/3 cup whole milk or coconut water
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave (optional)

Method
 

  1. Scoop dragon fruit (avoid too much skin). Blend with the rest until gorgeous pink and creamy.
  2. The black seeds are edible and look stunning.
