  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Add the vanilla ice cream, milk, molasses, and spices to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 20 to 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
