  • 1 1/4 cups ripe guava (fresh or frozen pulp)
  • 1 1/4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Method
 

  1. If using fresh guava, remove seeds or use pink guava pulp. Blend everything until smooth and pale pink.
  2. Serve with a slice of fresh guava if available.
