  • 1/2 cup chilled espresso or strong coffee
  • 2 tbsp hazelnut syrup (or 1 tbsp hazelnut spread)
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/3 cup cold whole milk

Method
 

  1. Chill the espresso, then add everything to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 20 to 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass, top with chopped hazelnuts, and serve immediately.
