  • 3 ripe kiwis, peeled
  • 1 1/4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Method
 

  1. Blend kiwi, ice cream, milk, honey, and lime until bright green and smooth.
  2. Tiny black seeds are normal and add nice texture (or strain if preferred).
