  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup cold whole milk

Method
 

  1. Add the mango, coconut milk, vanilla ice cream, and milk to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 20 to 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
