  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Blend the oats with the milk first until finely ground.
  2. Add the banana, vanilla ice cream, cinnamon, and honey, then blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
