  • 1 1/2 cups ripe papaya, cubed
  • 1 1/4 cups vanilla ice cream or coconut sorbet
  • 1/3 cup whole milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey (if needed)

Method
 

  1. Blend papaya, ice cream, milk, lime, and honey until creamy and orange-pink.
  2. Serve with a slice of papaya or a mint sprig.
