  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup vanilla or chocolate ice cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 ripe banana

Method
 

  1. Add the protein powder, cocoa, ice cream, milk, and banana to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 20 to 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
