  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 1/4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1–2 tbsp raspberry jam or sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients. For a silkier texture, strain out seeds.
  2. Taste and sweeten to your liking. Serve in chilled glasses.
