Strawberry Milkshake

This strawberry milkshake is thick, flavorful, and incredibly easy. Made with real ingredients and good ice cream for that perfect diner-style texture.

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam or honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Hull and roughly chop the strawberries. Reserve a few whole berries for garnish.
  2. Add strawberries, ice cream, milk, jam, vanilla, and salt to a high-speed blender.
  3. Blend on high 20–30 seconds until thick, creamy, and completely smooth. Add a splash more milk only if needed.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness. Pour into tall chilled glasses.
  5. Top with a fresh strawberry and a swirl of whipped cream if desired.
