Method
- Hull and roughly chop the strawberries. Reserve a few whole berries for garnish.
- Add strawberries, ice cream, milk, jam, vanilla, and salt to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high 20–30 seconds until thick, creamy, and completely smooth. Add a splash more milk only if needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness. Pour into tall chilled glasses.
- Top with a fresh strawberry and a swirl of whipped cream if desired.
