Toasted Marshmallow Milkshake

This toasted marshmallow milkshake blends smoky-sweet campfire flavor into a thick, creamy shake, ready in 5 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows, toasted
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream (slightly softened)
  • 1/2 cup whole milk (more for a thinner shake)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Whipped cream and extra toasted marshmallows, for serving (optional)

Method
 

  1. Toast the marshmallows using a kitchen torch, under the broiler for 30–60 seconds, or over an open flame, watching closely so they don't burn.
  2. Let the toasted marshmallows cool for a few minutes before adding them to the blender.
  3. Add the ice cream, milk, toasted marshmallows, and salt to a blender.
  4. Blend on high for 20–30 seconds until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
  5. Pour into a chilled glass, top with whipped cream and extra toasted marshmallows, and serve immediately.
