Method
- Toast the marshmallows using a kitchen torch, under the broiler for 30–60 seconds, or over an open flame, watching closely so they don't burn.
- Let the toasted marshmallows cool for a few minutes before adding them to the blender.
- Add the ice cream, milk, toasted marshmallows, and salt to a blender.
- Blend on high for 20–30 seconds until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
- Pour into a chilled glass, top with whipped cream and extra toasted marshmallows, and serve immediately.
