  • 1/3 cup toasted walnuts
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 cup cold whole milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

Method
 

  1. Blend the toasted walnuts with the milk first until finely ground.
  2. Add the vanilla ice cream and maple syrup, then blend again until creamy.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass, top with chopped walnuts, and serve immediately.
