Watermelon Milkshake

Juicy watermelon blended into a light, creamy summer milkshake, the ultimate refresher.

Servings: 2 milkshakes

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and chilled
  • 1 1/2 cups cold whole milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar, optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes, optional
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove any seeds.
  2. Add the watermelon, milk, vanilla ice cream, vanilla extract, and honey to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice cubes if you want a thicker and colder milkshake.
  5. Blend again for about 20 seconds.
  6. Pour into chilled glasses.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint or a small watermelon wedge and serve immediately.
