  • 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup cold whole milk
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk (or honey)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Scoop the ripe avocado into the blender with the ice cream, milk, condensed milk, and vanilla.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
