  • 1 1/2 cups pitted sweet cherries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 1/4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract (or 1/2 tsp vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp cherry juice or grenadine (optional for color)

Method
 

  1. Blend cherries, ice cream, milk, almond extract, and juice until thick and creamy.
  2. Pour into glasses. Garnish with a cherry and a small paper straw.
