Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp loose-leaf Earl Grey tea
  • 1 tbsp lavender syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Dried lavender buds for garnish

Method

Instructions
  1. Heat milk in saucepan until steaming (about 180°F). Remove from heat, add tea leaves, and steep for 5 minutes. Tip: Don't boil the milk - it can scorch and make tea bitter
  2. Strain tea leaves from milk using fine mesh strainer. Chill milk in freezer for 5 minutes to cool slightly. Tip: Press leaves gently to extract all flavor
  3. Combine tea-infused milk, ice cream, vanilla extract, and lavender syrup in blender. Blend until smooth. Tip: Add 1-2 ice cubes if you prefer thicker texture
  4. Pour into chilled glasses. Top with whipped cream and lavender buds if desired. Tip: Pre-chill glasses for frosty presentation
